There are many essential features to our Dining Service. Providing choice for resident satisfaction is my major goal. I am challenged to meet individual dietary requirements, responding to personal health needs and restrictions, differing palates and regional preferences while adhering to the new food pyramid recommended for seniors!

I work closely with Activities and Marketing to implement special events for which The Park-Oak Grove is well known. From picnics to tea parties to catering private functions, these are special occasions I relish! We plan our own menus, incorporating seasonally available foods. We know that good nutrition and companionship at meal times add to overall good health. With easy access to snack foods as well as cereal, yogurt, milk, juice and fruit also available, you may enjoy breakfast in your own apartment without the necessity of an early rising. Our wait staff is “on duty” for lunch and dinner, with white tablecloths, entrée choices and outstanding service. Choice is the optimal word!
